Effective date and repeal.

REPEALED IN THE 2009 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2009-621, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

The effective date of this chapter is October 1, 1998. Sections 10-9A-1 to 10-9A-203, inclusive, are hereby repealed on that date.
