Section 14-1-13

Fiscal year; annual report; periodic recommendations.

The fiscal year of the board shall end on September 30 of each year. At the end of each fiscal year, the board shall submit to the Governor a report of its activities and may, from time to time, make recommendations to the Legislature based upon study and analysis for the better conduct and operation of the penal and correctional institutions of the state.
