Section 2-5-38

Property of authority exempt from taxation.

The authority, its property and income and all obligations issued by the authority, the income from such obligations or from the investment of such income and all conveyances, leases, mortgages and deeds of trust by or to the authority shall be exempt from all taxation in the State of Alabama.
