Section 21-5-5

Chairman; secretary-treasurer; executive committee; meetings.

The chairman of the said committee shall be appointed by the Governor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The committee shall elect from its membership a secretary-treasurer and certain of its members to serve as an executive committee. Subject to the rules and regulations adopted by the full committee, the administrative powers and duties of the committee shall be vested in the executive committee. The full committee shall meet annually, but at the request of the chairman or executive committee special meetings may be called.
