Section 29-6-2.1

Additional members.

In addition to any and all other provisions of law relating to the membership of the Legislative Council, such membership shall be increased to include the Chairman of the Senate Rules Committee and the Chairman of the House Rules Committee, and the Chairman of the House Local Government Committee, and the Chairman of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee. Each such member shall be entitled to any and all other benefits, privileges, powers and rights with the same obligations and duties as provided by law for all other members.
