Distribution of proceeds.

The net proceeds of the additional revenues derived from sales of the tags or plates provided pursuant to Section 32-6-111.1, less administrative costs, including the cost of production of the plates, shall be distributed by the judge of probate or license commissioner to the state Comptroller. The state Comptroller shall distribute the proceeds to the National Guard Historical Society. The society shall use these funds for society education programs and for the administration and the preservation of museum artifacts of the Alabama National Guard Museum.
