Section 34-37-11

Reciprocal agreements.

The board may establish reciprocal agreements with any other state licensing or certifying board which recognizes, as a minimum, the standards prescribed by the board, and may allow certified plumbers and gas fitters to receive a license in this state without taking examinations if such plumber or gas fitter is licensed in the reciprocating state.
