Section 34-5-15

Chapter not applicable to certain counties.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to Clay, Talladega, Wilcox, Baldwin, Lowndes, Sumter, Lawrence, Marengo, Butler, Russell or Jefferson Counties.
