Section 41-19-3.1

Joint Fiscal Committee to serve in advisory capacity to Governor in development of plans.

The Joint Fiscal Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Governor in the development of the long-range program, revenue and expenditure plans. The Joint Fiscal Committee shall be aided by the Legislative Fiscal Office. Members of the Joint Fiscal Committee shall be compensated as provided for in Section 29-5-2.
