Section 45-12-70

Salary.

Effective at the beginning of the next term of office, each member of the Choctaw County Commission shall be entitled to receive an annual salary in the amount of thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000). Such salaries shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund and shall be in lieu of any salaries or expense allowances heretofore provided by law for the members of the Choctaw County Commission.
