Section 45-8A-112.05

Civil Service Board - Compensation; clerical assistants and legal counsel.

Each member of the board and the chair of the board shall be paid one hundred forty dollars ($140) per month by the City of Oxford. The board may appoint clerical assistance and engage legal counsel of its own choice.
