Section 45-8A-22.61

Creation of retirement fund and board.

There is hereby created in connection with the regularly organized and paid police and fire departments of the City of Anniston a "Retirement Board" of the police and firefighters retirement fund. There is also hereby created a "Police and Firefighters Retirement Fund," for the benefit of the persons hereafter named, to be funded and maintained in the manner hereinafter provided.
