Section 45-8A-22.72

Participation in plan.

An individual becomes a participant in this plan on the date he becomes employed by the City of Anniston as a police officer or firefighter. Participation in the plan is mandatory, subject to completion of the applicable forms authorizing payroll deductions and the designation of one or more beneficiaries to which death benefits, if applicable, would be payable.
