Section 45-8A-22.78

Termination of employment; return of contributions; participation in plan ceased.

In the event a participant terminates employment prior to becoming eligible for a benefit from this plan, the participant will receive a return of his or her contributions without interest and at that time, he or she shall have no further claim to benefits from this plan and his or her participation in the plan shall cease.
