Section 45-8A-22.90

Actuary; reports.

The retirement board shall retain the services of a competent actuary and/or actuarial firm on continuous basis at a fee to be determined by the retirement board. The actuary and/or actuarial firm shall be required to submit its reports in writing to the retirement board. These reports shall become a permanent record of the retirement board.
