Section 45-8A-22.93

Warrants for payment of money.

All moneys ordered to be paid from the fund shall be paid by the secretary-treasurer only upon warrants signed by two members of the retirement board and countersigned by the secretary-treasurer. No warrant shall be drawn on the fund except by order of the retirement board, which order shall be duly and regularly entered in the record of the proceedings of the retirement board.
