Section 45-8A-22.95

Transfer, assignment, and conveyance of existing funds, etc., to police and firefighters retirement fund.

All funds, moneys, property, and assets belonging to or being a part of any similar fund by the city existing on July 1, 2002, shall be transferred, assigned, and conveyed into the police and firefighters retirement fund created by this subpart immediately upon July 1, 2002.
