Section 45-8A-71.05

Civil service board - Compensation; clerical assistance and legal counsel.

The chair of the board shall be paid one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per month, the vice chair shall be paid one hundred ten dollars ($110) per month and all other members of the board shall be paid one hundred dollars ($100) per month. Board members shall be paid by the City of Jacksonville. The board shall have power to appoint clerical assistance and engage the legal counsel of its choice.
