Section 5-14A-4

Enforcement.

The commissioner shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this chapter, through the imposition of fines and penalties, the issuance of cease and desist orders, and such other remedies as are provided by law, including but not limited to, judicial actions. The commissioner may promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement and effectuate the provisions of this chapter.
