Section 5-14A-7

Application fee.

Each application filed with the commissioner to make an acquisition pursuant to this chapter shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount to be set by the commissioner and approved by the State Savings and Loan Board. All such fees shall be paid into the special fund set up by the State Treasurer pursuant to Section 5-2A-20.
