Section 9-14D-1

Legislative approval of sale or lease.

Before any state park or park property lying seaward of the current location of Alabama Highway 182 in Baldwin County, Alabama, shall be sold or leased for a period of 12 years or longer, including all extension or renewal periods, such sale or lease shall be subject to approval by a majority vote of the members of each house of the Legislature in accordance with the rules and procedures adopted by the Legislature, after complying with all other applicable law.
