Convention facility upkeep and maintenance.
Baldwin County and the Cities of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Foley shall enter into negotiations with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to dedicate existing or new revenue to provide for the upkeep and maintenance of any convention facility prior to the construction of the facility.
