Sec. 06.60.040. - Competency testing. - Alaska Statutes

(a) A person who applies for an originator license shall pass a competency test conducted and graded by the department. The department shall establish the scope, content, and minimum passing score of the test by regulation.

(b) If an individual fails the competency test, the individual may take the competency test again. The department may charge a fee of $150 for each additional competency test that the department provides to the person.
