Sec. 06.60.240. - Reinstatement. - Alaska Statutes

The department may reinstate a revoked license or registration under AS 06.60.017 if the licensee or small mortgage lender complies with this chapter or with a demand, ruling, or requirement made by the department under this chapter. Before reinstatement of a license or registration under AS 06.60.017 , the licensee or small mortgage lender shall pay any fees, restitution, and civil penalties owing under this chapter.
