Sec. 06.60.260. - Revocation, removal, or suspension of originator licensee. - Alaska Statutes

If the department finds that an originator licensee is dishonest, reckless, or incompetent when operating as an originator or fails to comply with applicable law, with regulations or orders of the department, or with written requirements or instructions of the department relating to the originator license, the department may revoke or suspend the originator license, remove the originator licensee from operating as an originator in the state, or order a person licensed under this title to remove the originator licensee from operating as an originator for the person.
