Sec. 06.60.420. - Civil penalty for violations. - Alaska Statutes

(a) A person, including a small mortgage lender, who violates a provision of this chapter or a regulation adopted under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each violation.

(b) The remedies provided by this section and by other sections of this chapter are not exclusive and may be applied in combination with other remedies to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
