Sec. 08.04.100. - Certificate granted. - Alaska Statutes

The certificate of "Certified Public Accountant" shall be granted by the board to any person who meets the requirements of AS 08.04.110 - 08.04.130. The holder of a certificate issued under this section is not authorized to engage in the practice of public accounting in the state unless the holder also has a current license, permit, or practice privilege issued under this chapter.
