Sec. 44.29.092. - Citation for certain offenses concerning tobacco products. - Alaska Statutes

A peace officer or an agent or employee of the Department of Health and Social Services who is authorized by the commissioner of health and social services to enforce this section may issue a citation for a violation of AS 11.76.100 , 11.76.106, or 11.76.107 if there is probable cause to believe a person has violated AS 11.76.100 , 11.76.106, or 11.76.107.
