11-866. Penalties L10, Ch. 244, sec. 8. Eff. 10/1/11) A penalty clause contained in a code adopted by reference shall not be adopted by reference but shall be set forth in full in the adopting ordinance. The penalty provisions of section 11-815 may be applied by the county in enforcing this article.
