11-914. Gift, bequest or devise to county free library; title to property A. The board of supervisors acting as the board of directors of the county free library district may receive, on behalf of the county, any gift, bequest or devise for the county free library, or for any branch or subdivision thereof. B. The title to the property used by the county free library district shall be vested in the district except that if the property is owned by a nonprofit corporation prior to the effective date of this section, it shall remain the property of the nonprofit corporation.
