12-128. Salary of judges; payment by state and counties Judges of the superior court shall each receive an annual salary pursuant to section 41-1904, which is payable one-half by this state and one-half by the counties respectively, except that in counties with a population of more than two million persons, beginning in fiscal year 2010-2011, the county shall pay one hundred per cent of the annual salary.
