13-4082. When further security may be required

When the magistrate from the proceedings had before him or from testimony on oath has reasonable ground to believe that any witness who has entered into such undertaking as provided in section 13-4081 will not appear and testify unless further security is required, he may order the witness to give further security for his appearance, either by entering into a written undertaking with such sureties and in such amount as the magistrate deems proper, or by depositing money or bonds as provided upon the admission of a defendant to bail.
