15-1043. Student level data; confidentiality Any disclosure of educational records compiled by the department of education pursuant to this article shall comply with the family educational and privacy rights act (20 United States Code section 1232g). Student level data is the property of the school district or charter school and may not be updated unless the change is authorized by the school district or charter school.
