15-2110. Authorized investments of fund monies A. The monies in either the impact aid revenue bond building fund or debt service fund may be invested and reinvested at the direction of the governing board in any of the investments authorized by section 15-2062. B. The purchase of the securities shall be made by the county treasurer or the treasurer's designated agent on authority of a resolution of the governing board. The county treasurer shall act as custodian of all securities purchased. The securities may be sold on an order of the governing board.
