16-226. Nonpartisan elections; time of calling; definition A. Nonpartisan elections shall be called no later than one hundred twenty days before the date of holding the election. B. For purposes of this chapter, "nonpartisan" means an election that is held by a special district established pursuant to title 48 and that is not held concurrently with the general election. |
