16-404. Preparation of polling place; voting booths; ballot boxes for paper ballots Each polling place shall be provided by the board of supervisors with a sufficient number of voting booths on which voters may conveniently mark their ballots screened from the observation of others. Each booth shall be at least three square feet in size. Each booth shall be supplied with such conveniences as will enable the voter to prepare his ballot for voting. The board of supervisors shall also furnish each polling place with ballot boxes, equipped with locks, large enough to properly receive and hold the ballots cast.
