20-1095.01. Service companies; permits; rules and regulations; application of laws A. No service company may offer or issue a service contract unless the service company has qualified for and been issued a permit by the director. B. The director shall adopt rules and regulations which provide for the application for permit, renewal procedures, fees, refund of the unearned portion of the contract price and approval of forms. Service companies are subject to the provisions of chapter 1 of this title and to this article.
