22-214. Summons; issuance; form A. When an action is commenced before a justice of the peace he shall issue forthwith a summons to defendant. B. If there are several defendants residing in different counties a summons shall be issued to each county. C. The summons shall be in the same form as a summons in the superior court, the word county being replaced where applicable by the phrase "______________ (insert the name of the precinct) precinct of ____________ (insert the name of the county) county."
