23-950. Priority of actions Actions and proceedings under this chapter and actions or proceedings to which the commission, the insurance department, or the state is a party in which any question arises under this chapter or concerning an award of the commission, or an order of the commission or insurance department shall be advanced for trial or hearing over civil actions, except election contests and actions affecting the corporation commission.
