27-104. Board organization; office location; meetings A. The officers of the board shall be a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary who shall be selected and appointed by the board. B. The office of the board shall be maintained with the department's main office. C. Regular meetings of the board shall be held quarterly, and special meetings may be called by the chairman or a majority of the members.
