27-601. Authorization to enter compact The governor is authorized and directed, for and in the name of the state, to join with the other states in the interstate oil compact to conserve oil and gas, which was executed in the city of Dallas, Texas, on February 16, 1935, and is now on deposit with the United States department of state as extended, all with the consent of the Congress.
