28-4335. Wholesale motor vehicle dealer or broker A. A wholesale motor vehicle dealer or a broker: 1. Is required to be licensed pursuant to this chapter. 2. Is not required to operate from an established place of business. 3. Shall maintain a place of business in which records of the business are kept. B. If the licensee is a broker, the principal place of business shall not be a location that is zoned for residential use.
