28-4418. Warranties and rebates in broker transactions A. A manufacturer or distributor shall not dishonor a warranty, rebate or other incentive offered to the public or a motor vehicle dealer in connection with the sale of a new motor vehicle to a retail consumer based solely on the fact that a broker arranged or negotiated the sale. B. This section does not prohibit the disallowance of the warranty, rebate or incentive if the retail consumer or motor vehicle dealer is ineligible to receive the rebate or incentive pursuant to any other term or condition of a rebate or incentive program.
