28-6352. Regional highway and street system; budget process A. The department shall adopt a budget process that ensures the estimated cost of the transportation mode classification described in section 28-6308, subsection C, paragraph 1, subdivision (a) does not exceed the total amount of revenues estimated to be available for that mode classification. B. The regional planning agency shall adopt a budget process that ensures the estimated cost of the transportation mode classification described in section 28-6308, subsection C, paragraph 1, subdivision (b) does not exceed the total amount of revenues estimated to be available for that mode classification.
