29-376. Delivery by means of facsimile transmission If the secretary of state adopts rules permitting a person to deliver by means of a facsimile or electronic transmission a document that is required or permitted by this title to be delivered to the secretary of state for filing, a document reproduced as a result of a facsimile or electronic transmission to the secretary of state is deemed to be delivered to the secretary of state in accordance with adopted rules.
