29-804. Fictitious name of foreign limited liability company A. If the name of a foreign limited liability company is unavailable for use in this state or does not satisfy the requirements of section 29-602, to obtain or maintain a grant of authority to transact business in this state the foreign limited liability company shall adopt and use a fictitious name that satisfies the requirements of section 29-602. B. A foreign limited liability company that adopts a fictitious name pursuant to this section shall include a copy of the company's resolution adopting the fictitious name with the company's application for a certificate of registration under section 29-802.
