3-234. Seed law fund A. A seed law fund is established. All monies collected pursuant to section 3-233 shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the seed law fund. B. The director shall administer the fund. On notice from the director, the state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the fund as provided by section 35-313, and monies earned from investment shall be credited to the fund. C. All monies in the seed law fund are subject to legislative appropriation to the department to be spent as directed by the director to carry out the provisions of this article.
