3-622. Regulation of manufactured milk products The associate director shall regulate the production, processing, manufacturing, labeling, storing, transportation, handling and sale of manufactured milk products according to the general specifications for dairy plants as published by the United States department of agriculture. As used in the general specifications, "administrator" means the associate director or his authorized representative.
