32-1210. Annual report A. Not later than October 1 of each year, the board shall make an annual written report to the governor for the preceding year that includes the following information: 1. The number of licensed dentists in the state. 2. The number of licenses issued during the preceding year and to whom issued. 3. The number of examinations held and the dates of the examinations. 4. The facts with respect to accusations filed with the board, of hearings held in connection with those accusations and the results of those hearings. 5. The facts with respect to prosecution of persons charged with violations of this chapter. 6. A full and complete statement of financial transactions of the board. 7. Any other matters that the board wishes to include in the report or that the governor requires. B. On request of the governor the board shall submit a supplemental report.
