32-1333. Notice of change in employment A. An intern who is licensed or an apprentice embalmer or embalmer's assistant who is registered under this article shall notify the board in writing within ten business days after a change in employment. The notice shall include the names of the new establishment and, if applicable, the new supervising licensed funeral director or embalmer. B. An embalmer or funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the board in writing within ten business days after a change in employment. The notice shall include the names of the former and the new establishment. C. A responsible funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the board in writing within five business days after a change in employment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other legal holidays.
